@DoubleEph Do you even know the date of the Stamp Duties Act (1939) Olodo. CBN policy can still be challenged in the Courts @benmurraybruce

@DoubleEph It was not! The senate never existed when the main Act was passed in 1939. 89(2) was not meant for bank deposits.@benmurraybruce
